📸 Posting Photos & Videos

Your pet's moments, safely stored on PetBlip's own servers — no Big Tech involved.

🔒
Your media stays here

Every photo and video you upload goes straight to PetBlip's in-house servers. No YouTube, no Facebook, no Meta, no TikTok — nothing is sent to any outside company.

📱 How to Post — Pick Your Device

1
Open petblip.com in Chrome or Firefox

No app needed — the site works great right in your mobile browser. Log in to your account.

2
Tap the post box at the top of the stream

Look for the box that says "What's your pet up to?" and tap it to open the post composer.

3
Tap the 📎 attachment icon

Your phone will let you choose from your gallery or take a new photo or video on the spot.

4
Add a caption and tap Post

Write something about your furry friend, tap Post, and you're done. Your media is now on PetBlip.

💡
Android tip

For the best quality, record video at 1080p in your camera app. Most Android phones default to this already — check Settings → Camera if you're unsure.

3
Tap the attachment icon and choose your media

Your Photos library will open. Find the photo or video you want and tap to select it. The first time you do this, iOS will ask for permission — tap Allow.

4
Write a caption and tap Post

Add a description, tap Post, and it's live. Stored on PetBlip — not iCloud, not Apple, just here.

💡
iPhone tip — video format

If your video won't upload, it may be in HEVC format. Fix it by going to iPhone Settings → Camera → Formats and switching to Most Compatible for future recordings.
