1 Acceptance of Terms

3 User Accounts
To access member features, you must create an account. By registering, you agree that:
- You are at least 13 years of age
- The information you provide is accurate and current
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password
- You will not share your account with others or create accounts to evade bans
- One account per person — duplicate accounts may be removed
We reserve the right to refuse registration or cancel accounts at our discretion.
4 User Content & Community Rules
You retain ownership of content you post. By posting to PetBlip, you grant Blizznex / LocalAd Network a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content on the platform.

- Questions and answers submitted through Ask Blip are logged, stored, and may be displayed publicly on the site and in search engine results.

6 Intellectual Property

User-generated content represents the views of individual members, not of PetBlip or its operators.
11 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes arising from use of PetBlip shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Volusia County, Florida.
12 Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of PetBlip after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
